Click on the "SUBMIT APPLICATION" link. Complete the application in its entirety and return by email to: stacywhite@masiello.com. The application will be reviewed and the information provided will be verified. If you are an approved candidate at this stage, you will receive an email from tenantbackgroundsearch.com asking for you to complete the credit/background search. You will be required to provide your social security number and some additional information. You will then be asked to provide a credit card number to pay for this search ($39.95). Once the credit/background search report is received and reviewed, you will be notified if you have been selected.
We understand that pets are an integral part of many families. We welcome responsible pet owners and want to ensure a comfortable and harmonious living environment for all residents. Some pets are allowed. We have insurance requirements that have to be met. Small dogs and cats will be considered. Landlord must meet the pets prior to determination. A Pet Agreement and $250 refundable pet deposit (per pet) is required.

We take pride in the quality of our homes. Therefore, ANY maintenance issue (or question about something that you think might be a maintenance issue) should be immediately brought to the attention of Stacy White (text or call) 207-460-2137. We take care of getting the appropriate repairmen in OR we handle it ourselves.
A month and a half before the expiration date of the current lease, Landlord will contact you to discuss lease renewal.
All checks are to be made payable to: VILLAGE WAY, LLC. Rent payments must be received by the due date. They can be mailed so that they are received by the due date to: Village Way, LLC, 332 Georges Pond Rd, Franklin, ME 04634. They may be hand delivered to the attention of Stacy White at 193 Main St, Ellsworth, ME 04605 (Better Homes and Gardens / The Masiello Group). VENMO is also an option: @StacyWhite1965.
